About Us
We are a team of consultants, many of whom have previously worked for Salesforce, who are energized to bring successful implementations of Salesforce to life. Too often within our Salesforce careers did we encounter customers with less-than-optimal realizations of their investments. With deep experience within business and technical domains, we decided that we could do better than the currently accepted status quo, and so we created Covalent Consulting.

Our Process

Discovery
We will sit with all key stakeholders to uncover all the necessary details relevant to your project. This includes understanding business process, as well as more technical aspects like architecture definition and systems and integration mapping.

Solution Design
Having established the scope and desired outcomes of the project, now we conceptualize the solution.

Implementation
We will turn all of our research and design into reality, including the configuration and customization of front-end and back-end views and processes, integration and data migration.

Go-Live
Once the solution is complete, we will train necessary stakeholders, provide post-go-live support and are happy to engage in on-going retainer agreements.
